May 2nd Weekly Terracoin Update — Communication

As I was thinking about this weekly and how to explain what is going on with Cryptopia and Cryptrade, it turns out it just comes down to talking about communication.
Communication in the cryptoworld is of upmost importance during all stages of any crypto-project.
Currently everyone at Cryptrade has gone silent, and Cryptopia posts updates only when it suits them.
This is common in the crypto-world and it is a sad thing because we have come to expect it.
It is like we have become so used to subpar products and support that an exchange, site or developer giving the bare minimum is good enough for everyone.
Getting into to details….
Cryptrade
Cryptrade looks like they may have done an exist scam (for a surprisingly small amount of money), or they have just given up.
No one is sure why because they had a great concept, roadmap and marketing plan.
Regardless, The Terracoin Foundation can’t really support the voting on that site any longer unless I get a reply to my PMs to their dev.
This is a bummer but there are plenty other exchanges out there and any second now we will have the opinion letter from our lawyers.
Cryptopia
This one is weird. They are making movements to add coins back to their site, but they are so slow, and they aren’t communicating at all.
At this point I am frustrated and loosing faith in their recovery.
All they need to do is post a tweet once a day showing what they accomplished and post relevant info once a day on their Discord.
They aren’t doing either.
(For transparency sake, I did email them and ask if they would give me up to date info so I could post for them. I haven’t heard back.)
Communication
Wrapping this up with the same title as the start.
Everything in the cryptoworld must be held to the same communication standard as the everyday world.
Let’s hold all project to the same standard we would expect from a brick and mortar bank or a fast food joint.

A year ago, we were at 0.00001755 BTC (.1619 USD).
*With the state of Cryptopia our volume is low, so our rank doesn’t show correctly. Once a new primary exchange is decided upon, we will see a recovery of volume.
We are ranked 1296 on coinmarketcap with a market cap of $ 726,232 USD. Last week our rank was 1302 and our market cap was $671,982 USD.
